Andrew Fefer is the founder of Visionary Video Hub, bringing more than two decades of expertise in storytelling, videography, video editing, and voiceover to exceed expectations on any video, audio, or commercial production project.

Originally from Milwaukee, WI, Andrew has made the Chippewa Valley his home for more than 20 years, building a reputation for producing some of the region’s most iconic marketing and news video. His career began at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he earned a BA in Broadcast Journalism. He quickly honed his skills as a videographer and on-air journalist at WSAW-TV in Wausau, WI, before moving to WEAU-TV, where he led newsgathering efforts as a weekend anchor and later excelled as news director. His leadership helped WEAU maintain top ratings and earn Wisconsin Broadcasting Association awards and regional Emmy nominations.

Transitioning into corporate media, Andrew was the engine behind the in-house video production effort at Group Health Cooperative of Eau Claire, where he managed multiple social media channels and significantly elevated the company’s digital presence. His work won the 2020 "Best Social Media Presence - Business or Organization" award from Volume One Magazine.

A lifelong competitive bowler, Andrew shares his passion on his YouTube channel, Bowling with the Fef!, and partners with the International Bowling Pro Shop and Instructors Association to produce engaging industry content. He also produces college recruitment videos for high school bowlers, runs a podcast, and livestreams bowling tournaments across the Midwest.

When he’s not creating content or on the lanes, Andrew volunteers with the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce's Youth Leadership Eau Claire, United Way Greater Chippewa Valley, and the Eau Claire Area Association of the United States Bowling Congress. He and his family reside in Altoona, WI, where he continues to inspire and contribute to his community both professionally and personally.
